Winifred P Payne was Born in Ohio On March 25th, 1920 through out her life she has helped many people and she was a truck driver for many years then retired and she was also widowed of the dearest Teben Payne who passed away in 1996 she became a member of calvary memorial church and then she just recently passed away on Wednesday, February 4th, 2009 at 88 years old.
